Welcome to our home! We are proud to call our little corner of SW Washington our home.

While we don't have the traditional large farm many know and think of complete with a silo and a old wooden bar, we happily tend to our 5 acre stead. As we venture through this journey you'll discover our passion to teach a lifestyle mixed with purity, simplicity, and a dash of convince. Growing up as small town country kids we are looking to pass on to our own children the ability to appreciate the fruits of your own labor in this fast pace world we live in.

As we venture into our blogging world you will get to know myself, Ericka, my husband my honey man and our 3 kiddos. I've got my own passion for raising our family, cooking, preserving and finding ways to keep our house functioning. Of course there will be adventures in bee keeping, low key crop growing and raising our own meals to eat.

We can't wait for you to get to know us better! Please kick off your shoes grab a drink and stay awhile. Feel free to pull a weed or two out of the flowerbed. We are so happy to have you here for a visit! If you stay long enough we might just show you the onion patch.
